SURELINC was established in 2007 by Samuel Lincoln III. The firm is an SBA 8(a)-certified small business and current federal prime contractor supporting the Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA, formerly DoDEA), with experience across cloud, cybersecurity, data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and modernization.
Customers can engage SURELINC for engineering, implementation, or advisory work independently. Our Readiness Platform extends those capabilities for customers pursuing and maintaining cybersecurity readiness.

Why we built the platform
Built from firsthand federal contracting experience.
While pursuing CMMC Level 2 readiness for SURELINC, we saw the engineering effort, documentation, and repeated evidence collection involved. We recognized the burden this could place on manufacturers and other defense suppliers whose core business is not cybersecurity. That discovery shaped our approach to automating readiness work.
